The rest can be found wandering around the world. You only need clues for the main branch, and most members (outside Zealots) are pretty easy to kill. Just look up a guide on where to find them. If you're at the end of the story I'm assuming you've killed multiple Zealots by now, so the remaining few shouldn't be too tough to weed out.
