(f) A knight of the Seven Kingdoms, Fire and Blood, A Workd of Ice and Fire (d) and (e) were intended to be one book, but we split by POV and location.
start with the first book (a game of thrones) and read the main series first. world of ice and fire and fire and blood are more like history books and can probably pretty uniteresting if you havent read the main series and arent invested in the world
After reading those, you could also read The World of Ice and Fire, an encyclopedia which reveals a lot of information about the world of ASOIAF, Fire and Blood ( the book about the Targaryen dinasty and source for HOTD) and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, which is a single book reuniting three short stories about Egg and Duncan ( Egg is Aegon V, a Targaryen king who is born 60-70 years after
