Not sure if writing in the right section, hopefully I am. Thought I will share my Mod with Mondeo owners. Been fighting with a noisy AUX belt/ tensioner for a while, even after replacing belt, tensioner, crankshaft pulley it did not last very long.

Got myself one of the clones elm327 of ebay, tried all ways to get it to connect to my car, no joy, all coms port info ok, baud rate set at 38400, correct drivers for Windows 7 installed, not sure what else could be, my car should be OBD2 compliant, Mondeo 2.2 TDCI 2007.
